Joy worked for Mike until he retired in 2014, and immediately started working for Agent Todd Markman. Joy remembers when Todd sat in front of her in Mike’s office while he was in training, sometimes helping him learn the ropes. Joy’s favorite part of the job is building relationships with customers.
